Hrm.

I have to be more careful in my eating, I guess. It's true that nearly 2,000 calories are used up faster than you'd think. It's lunch, and already I've used up over 1,000.

I am proud, however, that I'm still doing this on my 3rd day. Its a small celebration, but a celebration just the same :)

You go, girl!

I've been doing this for a week now and I've lost about 9lbs. I say about 'cause my weight has fluctuated between 7 and 13lbs lost for the last few days until today when it leveled out at 9.

My problem isn't calories, it's protein. For the last 3 days I've gone over on protein but way under on calories, carbs, and fat. I'm not sure what I can do about that and maintain health. I mean, sure, I could drink soda or eat chocolate but that's not a good alternative. lol

Anyway, keep up the great work!

Went to the same site. I was more amazed that something so healthy as 1% yogurt could just be so damned loaded. Hell, one slice of swiss cheese alone is more than a slice of wheat bread.
