Goals

I was watching The Biggest Loser last night, primarily because there was nothing else on. I think it might be a good show to watch, at least to gain a few tips on loosing weight.

They gave a few out last night. One of the trainers said drink more water. I know that's a given, but I think I'm really going to put an effort in to do just that. I'm limiting myself to one cup of coffee per day and one soda per day. The rest of the time, I'm drinking milk or water.

I have an excersize tape here that I borrowed from Netflix. I may have to see if I can purchase it. I like it - it's a bellydance for fitness one, for beginners of course. So far, it's pretty easy as far as the excersizes go, and it looks as though I'm able to do the floor excersizes without my back protesting. In fact, I did about 20 minutes of it this morning - worked on my abs and arms a little. Ohh the burn!!

I did log back into myfitnesspal for the first time in ages. I'd given up on that - too much to try and keep track of it all, especially when I was adding foods all the time. Now, with work being a touch more flexible, I think I can manage it. Also, if I keep up on the excersizes, well....it should be worth it, I'm thinking. In fact, today I've earned myself an extra 174 calories to intake! Yay me!

One of the contestants from the biggest looser said that once they figured out how to keep track of the calories and how to burn them off, they were set. We're in an age where we don't have to figure it out longhand anymore (which, for me, is an excellent thing - I'd not survive otherwise), so I should take advantage of how easy it is.

I even thought about figuring out how to become a contestant on that show. I mean, it would be a kick in the pants, now wouldn't it? But the thought of myself on TV...*shudder*

So, for now, I'll stick with my videos and my website :D

I earned an extra 174 calories! And I feel a good burn! *dances*
