weight

My weight this morning: 239.8

I've been walking my kids to school lately, so I want to see just how much I can loose in that time. I will weigh myself next week to see if anything has changed. Right now, I'm not messing with my diet so much - mostly because I believe in one change at a time. If I get myself more active, that should help. So, that's my first hurdle.
