Mental note to self: ONE pill with each meal for awhile. Good lord..I didn't know I could get this jittery!

Build Yourself Up
You're supposed to take a half dosage the first week to get your body used to the added metabolic activity, silly. Then you go full dose. And the vitamins are critical, you're covering your bases nutritionally while your body is running harder. Just remember, cycle on, cycle off. More than a month and its like running a car too fast too long. That, and your body gets used to the chemicals, and they get less and less effective. Month on, six weeks off is a good rule of thumb. I'm rootin' for ya girl.

That Xenedrine I got before I left is good for what you're looking at as well if you intend to integrate an exercise program as well. Its got an aspirin precursor in it as well, so you don't feel the muscle stress so much. :) Now, if I could just figure out where my soldiers hid my bottle of Xenedrine.... They snuck in and stole it from my room so I'd stop being so psycho at PT time. Now I do it just to be spiteful. :)

Feh...you know I don't start anything 'half'. I gotta do better at taking those vitamins you bought me, they really clean out my system.
