I just went and weighed myself. I had clothes on this time, and I prefer not to usually...but, fuck. I gained back weight *sighs* Up to 222 again. *mumble* Must do better....


Too tired to hold a coherent thought....must sleep now...

Don't beat yourself over it (Mmm..did I say BEETS!!??? I Love Beets!!! pickled and sliced!! more yummies!!). You need to do somethings: Cut back on calories (YES, NO FAD DIETS...for 10,000 yrs of RECORDED history only solution that works) while exercising more (walking FIVE times a week 20 mins ea. time). Get more sleep too (>>Kicks U in Buttocks here<<<)!!!

And..MOST IMPORTANTE of all... Keep a journal of everything you eat/drink per day. JUST DOING that (writing it down) will help AUTOMATICALLY to cut back.

Of course... Olives (black or green Spanish WITH PIMENTO!!! YAY!!!!) are grand as well; and, my FAV is Greek Pepperoncini...Mmmm mild hot Greek deli peppers. :D
