Games, Games!

Last night Fenris and I went out to eat, then to Wizards of the Coast. Ostensibly it was to see how much evercrack might cost me since I'm unable to locate my cd *grumble*. We came home with 2 other games however, Guillitine and Fluxx. Fun!! So, last night, we had the TV off and cleared off the table and sat and played games for like 3 hours. It was a blast!! I'd love to do that more often, especially now that I know he likes those kinda games :) We found some others we'd like to get sometime too.
Evercrack is gonna cost me about $45 to replace *sigh* And Fenris said he doubts I can run it on the old computer...so, sometime soon, its down to the apartment to get my new computer. *urgh* I knew I shoulda brought that one instead!

I like Fluxx! It's especially fun if you have 6 or 8 people playing. The rules change so fast you have no idea what is going on. I think of Fluxx as Uno on drugs.

He'd never played it before but I used to own a deck. I love that game! We're looking at getting a group together to do a munchie potluck gamer geek kinda thing where we can just play games like Fluxx or some board games. Welcome to my journal! :)

Great Fun!
This is the company webpage: http://www.looneylabs.com/

Zarcana, the version i like best: http://www.wunderland.com/WTS/Ginohn/games/Zarcana/rules.html

Zarcana requires a tarot deck in addition to the pyramid pieces. It's insanely fun. :} Sort of like a weird territorial game on tarot cards, with each one having special powers.
