All my soul within me burning

I must preface this with a bit of information. I have a new kitten, as ya'll know. He's a black fuzzball with big green eyes. So far, he's been pretty much crying not stop, but has started to get real lovey and playful. Jenni and I think he looks like a little bear..we are, however, having a problem deciding on a name for him. So, I thought I'd ask ya'll. If you have suggestions, please leave them in my comments. That when you call an internet service...we are NOT the credit card babysitting service. If you have a fraud account - I'm sorry, take it up with the credit card. Not my fault someone got ahold of it. Not my job to double, triple check that its *you* signing up for service. We get a name, an address, a bill method, (generally credit card if signing up online) and other various information..and viola, an account is created. Are we supposed to then call all 5 million of you and ask you to send in ID or something? Yeah, right. Not happening. I'm sorry that if you get caught on the fraud end of the deal that its such a hassel to take the time to file a report. I know you're busy..but guess what? So am I. I'm busy helping those who don't have a freakin' clue (usually) and occassionally someone who *does* have a clue.
This guy just accused my company of being irresponsible because we set up an account with his credit card, even though *he* didn't order service. He's upset now...because he has to file fraud and change credit card numbers and all that...and its SUCH a pain. Wah. Life sucks for you.

I just finished my first lesson and quiz for one of the courses. Whoo! I got a 100% on it...nevermind that it was only 5 questions :P Now, on to lesson 2. I learned all about carbohydrates...mmn, such an exciting life I lead (smirk)
Lucky me...I get to go to a team meeting. I had so much more to type..but I guess I'll do that when I get back.

I got a message from my mother today. The cable company has shut her cable off. Why? Because it was moved. *blink* What? Yes, that's right. Moved. To my new address. Nevermind that I didn't request a move for the tv. Nevermind that I specified on more than one occassion that the tv part of that wasn't in my name. Nevermind that I requested *only* the internet be transferred, because well, that's the only service in *my* name. Nevermind that I don't have an install date for the tv. At least, I don't know of one. *sigh*
Major annoyance. Now, I have to call them back, wait on hold, and make sure that its my INTERNET that's going to be installed on Saturday. *grumble* How did this get so screwed up?? One simple task...
