And the day after....

We have twice as many callers as we do reps. Of course, they planned for last year's holiday calls...and so, we only have about half the normal reps. The problem with this is, this year has proven to be so drastically different than last year. So much for the possibility of going home early.
I'm not really in the mood for this. I don't want to be here. I'm tired, and I'm cranky. I'd love to join the rest of the country with having the day off. I wish it were slower here today. Much slower. We need a break...we deserve a break. I betcha the other call centers aren't quite as busy. It seems that often times, they aren't. Of course, I'm sure there's times when they're busier than we are. *sigh*
Home...I want to go home.
