I've been watching a show on TLC - I can make you thin with what's-his-name weight loss guru in Europe. Paul something or other. Anyway, he's got some good tips on eating less and stuff. Maybe it's just a craze, but it can't hurt to try. Eating slower you eat less, I've done that myself...I guess I just needed a reminder.
So, I think I'm going to start posting what I eat. Thrilling for some of you, I know. I'm not going by ounces or exact amounts, either. I think I just want to see if I'm eating less and if what I eat is changing at all. I don't know that I'll post it everyday...but I'll try to make it as accurate for the day as I can when I do post.
So far today, I have had:
1/2 cup of coffee - my usual style
1 glass of water
2 handfuls of hazelnuts
1 container of weight watchers yogurt - which, by the way, is pretty darn tasty.
I'm about to go eat lunch - which consists of Kraft sliced cheese, ham, ritz crackers and a coke. Hey! I've cut back on the soda!
